The Reset Lounge

A pop-up team appreciation and culture experience designed to meet your team where they are, in the break room, between shifts, or during downtime. No disruption to operations. No mandatory attendance. Just an intentional space that says: we see you and you matter.

Employees move through four stations at their own pace, receiving a personal note from leadership, selecting a meaningful token to keep, writing a gratitude note to a teammate, and sharing honest anonymous feedback through our Culture Pulse survey.

Following the experience Convivo Co. delivers a Culture Pulse Report to leadership, a real time snapshot of where your team culture stands today and a foundation for measuring how it grows over time.

The Reset Lounge is designed as a recurring program. Each visit builds on the last, deepening connection and giving leadership meaningful data on the impact of their investment in their people.
