All ticket sales for Convivo Co. hosted experiences are final and non-refundable. Due to the intimate nature of our experiences and limited capacity we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend it is your responsibility to find a replacement and transfer your ticket to another person. You are welcome to reach out to us at hello@convivoco.com to inquire about a waitlist or whether we know of someone in need of a ticket — however contacting us does not guarantee a transfer and we are not responsible for finding your replacement.

If you transfer your ticket to another person you must notify us at hello@convivoco.com prior to the event. Because our experiences are intentional and personal in nature we need to know who to expect. Depending on the experience we may require additional information from the new participant before they can be confirmed. A transfer is not considered complete until we have been notified and have confirmed the new participant. Arriving without prior notice of a transfer may result in denial of entry.

In the event that Convivo Co. cancels an experience all ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future Convivo Co. experience at our discretion.

Refund Policy

For custom experience design services Convivo Co. requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and begin the design process. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your experience date.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the experience date will forfeit the deposit but will not be responsible for the remaining balance.Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the experience date will be responsible for the full contracted amount.

In the event that Convivo Co. is unable to fulfill a contracted experience due to circumstances within our control a full refund of all payments received will be issued within 14 business days.
